We discussed various use cases, even trying to come up with a new one, but both of us strongly feel that there are more customers who can benefit from my capacity-planning dashboard. Since it's already documented extensively on my blog, I am only providing the summary here. I am also adding additional information that is not on my blog.

vRealize Operations comes with a capacity-management engine. It performs the calculation and projection automatically. There are customers who like this intelligence. On the other hand, both Iwan and I have met many customers who want to do this task semi-manually, and want the tool to provide the right information. They will do the analysis. They want the tool to be simple to use and tailored to their environment...
