Finally, we covered the permission differences between vCOps and vCenter, and how to set up the permissions for users.

The next chapter will cover Operations Manager and how you can use it to monitor parts of the vSphere environments. We will cover how Operations Manager can identify the I/O intensive virtual machines. The chapter explores how vCenter uses Java and the configurations that provide the best performance. The chapter helps the administrator recover from issues that occur when a change is made to vCenter and when the performance information is not being displayed.
