Configuring Citrix StoreFront™


Configuring StoreFront for user authentication and application delivery using the latest StoreFront 2.6 software (part of XenApp 7.6) is a simple wizard-based process. It allows us to create a StoreFront site and integrate it with the Delivery Controllers in a matter of minutes. Here are some things to consider when deploying StoreFront:

  • Are my users going to be connecting to their applications from both internal and external networks?

  • What endpoint devices are in use?

  • Am I using NetScaler for load balancing or a third-party solution?

  • Is SSL a requirement for internal communications or can I use HTTP?
