StoreFrontTM issues


Citrix StoreFront is an enterprise application store that helps mobile users to work from anywhere and any device. StoreFront really improves the enterprise level security and makes the administration part easier by simplifying the deployment part of XenApp and XenDesktop multi-tenant and multisite environments.

Citrix StoreFront gives users on-demand access to applications, desktops, and data.

Scenario 1 – cannot complete your request

An often-encountered, well-known issue in StoreFront is when you attempt to access the StoreFront site and get an error prompt stating Cannot complete your request. You can log on and try again, or contact your help desk for assistance:

If you see the preceding error, Cannot complete your request, then there is the possibility of a StoreFront URL being different from the actual certificate bound in IIS.

Once you change the matching certificate, then you should be able to log on to the StoreFront site.
