Although problems are more likely to originate within an integration, there is always the possibility that ICS itself has experienced a problem. We can check on the wellbeing of ICS from several places, all of which lead to the System Health view shown as follows:
As you can see, the System Health is broken down into several different areas. Some of these measures, if indicating a problem, are likely to have a blanket impact, such as the Storage Service, others such as the Messaging Service will only impact some services.
