Time for action – accessing your e-mail list


We will use the PrestaShop admin area to create a .CSV file that can be used to copy and paste all your subscribers into your preferred system.

  1. Click on the Modules tab and scroll down to the Newsletter module and click on Install. This module is in the Administration category.

  2. Now click on Configure.

  3. You have two buttons where you can click to export a .CSV file.

  4. The first will export a list of everybody who signed up using your newsletter signup block.

  5. The second exports a list of everyone who has created a customer account. Notice here that you have some options for filtering/customizing the second list. You have the option to select a specific country or all countries. You also have the option to choose subscribers or non-subscribers from opted-in customers and newsletter subscribers. This is important. Never send newsletters to anybody who has not subscribed. You will get a bad reputation, end up on ISP block lists, and in some parts of the world...
