Offline blogging tools


Offline blogging tools or external blogging tools are some of the things I talked about briefly in Chapter 3, Creating Blog Content. Essentially, those tools allow you to create content for your site or blog offline, import it into the site and ultimately publish it for the whole world to see.

The more likely question that's on your mind right now is: Why not create the content directly in WordPress or even use software like Microsoft Word?

The benefits

Despite of the fact that internet access is widely available in the 21st century, you can still encounter some difficulties while travelling (scratch that, you surely will encounter them), or even occasional downtimes in your office, or at home.
