There is no specific category under which to regroup the following plugins we will see. They are SVGeezy, Prefix free, Magnific Popup, Riloadr, and Calendario.

SVGeezy

SVGeezy is a JavaScript plugin that handles SVG images for browsers such as IE8 and earlier and Android 2.3 and earlier. Its working is very simple because it only detects SVG images on our website and automatically searches for another image (in PNG format for example) as a fallback for it.

The fallback image must have the same filename. The change refers only to the file format. Also, it is not necessary to be a PNG file. This format may be specified when initializing the script.

If you need support for these old browsers, we will see how to do it. First, let's access and download the solution from https://github.com/benhowdle89/svgeezy.

Then, create a new standard HTML document and add the SVG image inside the <img> tag, as follows:
