In web applications, you will find a heavy usage of CRUD operations. Therefore, we need tables to display the list of records. These days, developers have the choice of implementing common lists using client-side JavaScript as well as PHP. These lists contain functionalities such as pagination, selections, sorting, and so on. Building these types of lists from scratch is not recommended unless you are planning to build a common library. WordPress offers a feature-packed list for its core features using the WP_List_Table class located in the wp-admin/includes/ wp-list-table.php file.
