In the previous chapter, we learned how to create a command-line tool that uploads photos to Flickr. In this chapter, we will communicate with one of the most popular social networks: Twitter. We will create an application that gets the latest tweets based on a user handle and shows them on the screen. Node.js will be responsible for the communication with the Twitter API, and Ember.js will take care of the user interface.
