NOC is the main entity that is responsible for emitting control over the enterprise network, which can be a computer system or a telephone system. WebRTC technology provides the opportunity to merge the real-time communication ability with in-context usage and benefit to the NOC functionality. The NOC admin can view the Presence status of users to determine their availability and call them as they are logged into their WebRTC accounts from their systems. As a user reports a fault or raises a ticket to resolve a problem on his system, the NOC representative can get in touch with directly and them instantaneously. The following screenshot depicts an NOC admin's control screen with tabs for Hardware, Software, and Network. The admin is also authorized to monitor traffic and exercise control over the system behavior remotely. Of course the screen-sharing feature of WebRTC is very valuable for this use case.
