Course templates are useful for ensuring that courses are created to an agreed consistent or branded format and structure.

To restore a course in Moodle:
Log in as an administrator level user account.
Access the course management options in the Administration block by navigating to Site administration | Courses | Restore course.
From here, chose either of the following ways to begin the restoring process:
