Let's have a look at how you manage orders.
When you receive a new order and it's successfully paid for, you'll receive an e-mail notification. You'll then need to manage that order and ship the product. Follow these steps:
In the admin menu, go to WooCommerce | Orders.
You'll see your new order or orders displayed:
The orders you haven't processed yet have a green circle next to them to show that they're being processed.
Click on the order number to see its screen:
Once you've processed the order and shipped the item, change the Order status value. Select Completed from the drop-down box.
Click on the Save Order button.
