Summary

In a profession where we've already spent significant time and money on our education if we want to make good on our investment we should understand what makes us passionate about why we come to work every day.

Understanding our why is key in understanding where we're going regarding our career, but also helps us be the best we can be for our team. We can be that person who turns up to work every day, fully motivated, volume dialed up to 10!

We've looked at some of the characteristics that have the makings of a great Agile team member. The purpose was to look at how we can each contribute as an individual to create a team that excels.
