Animate.CSS comes packaged in one tiny file. Everything you need is contained in that file. After downloading it from the official website, you'll drop the stylesheet into the head of your document. From there, you'll add the animation of your choice to the desired element and watch with glee as your ideas pop off the screen (or whichever effect you've chosen).
