Learning about new tools that integrate into your way of working is always a journey and is never complete. Especially with GitHub Copilot and the momentum that generative AI has these days, there is something new each day. Even if you share new features in a newsletter all the time, and have regular hackathons and weekly Q/A sessions, you (or your management) probably want to know and learn from the engineers how they are using the tools in their development processes, find some power users that can share their top tips, or learn where the tool does not work so well so that you can have a look at how that could be improved.
