Time for action—Adding new pages on the Footer Link block


Let's add a new page to your footer.

  1. Say you want to have a page on privacy policy, which you will call Privacy.

  2. Go to Tools | CMS, and click on the Add new button.

  3. You will then be directed to a new page where you can create a new content page.

  4. Fill out the information, and click on the Save button.

  5. You will see this new page on the list once the creation is successful. However, this page is not linked to any blocks yet. If you want this page to be linked to in the footer, you will need to enable it in the Footer Link module.

  6. Go back to Back Office | Modules | Blocks | Footer links block, enable the boxes, click on >>Configure and check the box next to the Privacy Policy and then click on the Update button.

  7. You will be able to see it on your footer link at the front office.

We just added a new link to the footer block.
