As always, we're going to go through the same setup steps to get our plugin outlined so we can get it activated and tested as soon as possible.
Create a folder inside the
wp-content/plugins/directory. We are naming this plugin "Content Rotator", so create a new folder insidewp-content/plugins/namedcontent-rotator.Create the
index.phpfile.Add the Information Head to the
