Celtx 3.0

This book is based on the current Celtx Version 2.7. However, sometime in 2011, Celtx 3.0 will be released with some additional features. To quote the only information given so far on the new release on the Celtx website (http://celtx.com):

“Work on the new version of the Celtx desktop software is going well. Among other things, we are adding support for Novels, a new design for the Media and Breakdown sidebar, and tackling some of the remaining bugs.” “New export options will enable you to more easily share data from a Celtx Project to your team.”

Check the Celtx website (http://celtx.com) periodically to see when the new version will be released. The update, like Celtx currently, is open source (free).
