Time for action—adding a form to our web app


So, let’s add a form so that users can interact with our web app. Perform the following steps for doing so:

  1. 1. We already have the Gravity Forms plugin set up on the Carborelli’s site. In the WordPress admin, we will add a new form by clicking on Forms and New Form in the left-hand side menu.

  2. 2. On the Form Editor screen, we will give the form a name and description, and add the following fields, which we need for our form:

    • A pricing field for the users to choose how many flavors they want

    • Three drop-down fields for the user to choose which flavors they want and a fourth drop-down field for extras, for example sprinkles

    • A dropdown-field for the users to select if they want to eat their sundae in, collect it from the store, or have the products they need to make it delivered

    • Fields for the users to input their names, phone numbers, and addresses if they chose home delivery

    • Fields for the users to select the date and time when they want collection or...
