In this action, you will make Mark Bensar the administrator for the CIGNEX Neighorhood community and Neighbors Congress organizations.
Log in as Site Administrator (Jeff Mcclure) and go to Control Panel | Portal | Communities. Now, for the CIGNEX Neighbourhood community click on Actions | Assign User Roles. It will take you to a screen with available community role listing as shown in the following screenshot.
Now, you should click on the Community Administrator link from the listing and it will take you to a screen where you can assign members to this role. This screen will be somewhat similar to screenshots shown in earlier sections. Now select the Mark Bensar user from the Available link and click on Update Associations. This will assign him the Administrator role for this community.
Similarly, let's now assign the Organization Administrator role to Mark Bensar for Neighbors Congress organization. Click on Control Panel...
