Summary

In previous chapters, we learned how to extend Magento to add new functionality for both store owners and customers; knowing how to extend and work with the Magento API opens a world of possibilities.

By using the API, we can integrate Magento with third-party systems like ERP and points of sale; both by importing and exporting data.

In the next chapter we will learn how to properly build a test for all the code we have built so far, and we will also explore multiple testing frameworks.
