The full site name that you enter here will be displayed on the front page. The short name will be displayed in the navigation menu. The front page description will be displayed on the front page of your site. You can easily change all of these later. If getting them perfect slows you down, just enter the best information that you have and continue:

At the bottom of the page that you see in the preceding screenshot, you can choose whether to allow e-mail-based self-registration. It is turned off by default. Unless you have a good reason for allowing people to register themselves, you should leave this turned off.

After you save the page, the install routine advances to the next step.
