For the exercises of this chapter, you will work with two different files. A third one will be created later on. Use the following steps to get Captivate ready:
Open Captivate and ensure that the Classic workspace is applied.
Navigate to Window | Workspace | Reset 'Classic' to return to the default Classic workspace.
Open the
encoderDemo_800.cptxfile under theChapter05folder situated in your exercises folder.Also, open the
drivingInBe.cptxfile under theChapter05folder stored at the same location.At the end of the chapter, you will use the
encoderVideo.cpvcVideo Demo project under theChapter05folder.
All three files should be open in the Captivate interface. Make sure you use the right one when doing an exercise.
