Course Wiki


The course Wiki provides a platform where your course staff and students can access, share, and collaboratively edit information for and about your course. You can influence the way your wiki is used by seeding it with specific content, explaining how you want it to be used and providing clear instructions and guidelines for its use. Consider using your course wiki for these purposes:

  • Collect suggestions for future runs of the course

  • Give shared access to student-created resources, perhaps as a part of a collaborative exercise

  • Provide answers to course FAQs and collecting new FAQs

  • Publish errata for the course

  • Share editable course information, such as download and installation instructions for the software required for the course

If you don't want to use a wiki in your course, you can hide the Wiki tab at the top of the course by following these steps:

  1. Open your course in Studio.

  2. Select Content and then click on Pages.

  3. Click on the eye icon in the Wiki row. The Wiki tab is hidden when...
