Personalizing content by predicting a visitor's profile


Predictive personalization is defined as the ability to predict visitor behavior, needs, or wants (and tailor offers and communications) very precisely. Once you predict your customer, it becomes very easy to personalize content for that user, which helps increase conversion rate, improve customer satisfaction, and better advertisement.

For example, a car manufacturer sells a variety of cars, for example, hatchback, sedan, SUV, and others, in different price ranges. Now, the website contains lots of information about all cars, such as news, articles, reviews, complaints, and so on. Based on website content browsing, we will predict a visitor's profile and personalize content based on it, for example, after the duration of a visit, if the visitor falls into the hybrid car segment, we can show suggested hybrid cars, or if a visitor looks confused by visiting multiple cars repetitively, we can show a form by filling in which car salesperson...
