Rick has a long career in Information Systems and over 20 years of experience in eLearning and media design. He's been a Systems Analyst, Instructional Designer, programmer, web developer, and voice talent. He runs a number of technical and industry-specific Internet broadcasts on the RELATECASTS channel. Rick was on the advisory board for RoboDemo/Adobe Captivate for 10 years.
