The first step for 4APPmigos was to create a workshop schedule that listed all the individuals (and their roles) that were required to attend each session. All identified individuals were expected to attend and strong senior management backing ensured that this would be the case. The workshops were divided into five groups, each covering a specific architectural domain, as described here:

APIs are exposed to help digitize business processes and supply chain management and without proper alignment with the business strategy, an ASG strategy is doomed to failure.
