Creating an Azure NuGet repository

In this recipe, we will create a NuGet repository on Azure.

How to do it...

First, we create an empty ASP.NET Web Application:

Next, let's check Host in the cloud:

Now let's configure the Azure account for publishing:

Right-click on the project name and select Manage NuGet Packages:

Search for the NuGet.Server NuGet package and install it. It will allow us to host NuGet feeds:

This package will be added to the DNX 4.5.1 references:

We will now publish the web application by clicking on the Publish button:

We can see the Azure NuGet feed online:

Next, we will add this repository to the NuGet repositories by first selecting Tools | Options.
Click the plus button, enter the Azure website feed, and click Update:
