Font Awesome gives you scalable vector icons that can instantly be customized: size, color, drop shadow, and anything that can be done with the power of CSS. In Chapter 5 , Bootstrappin' Your Portfolio, you can read how to compile Font Awesome's CSS code into your local CSS by using Sass.
