In this chapter, we've seen how to make use of rich media in AMP pages. We changed focus from articles to e-commerce pages, and we built two pages--a product listing page, and a product details page--to demonstrate how AMP supports useful design and interaction components, such as image carousels and slide galleries, as well as lightboxes, videos, and social media links.
While this gets us started with e-commerce, there are still some important features missing: in particular, search, and payments. In the next chapter, we'll be covering forms, and we'll see how a product search could be integrated into an AMP product page. Then, in Chapter 9, When AMP is Not Enough: Enter the Iframe, we'll see how to integrate payments to complete the e-commerce prototype.
