Summary


In this chapter, we worked on learning Mongoose queries and ID validation. Next, we looked into getting an individual resources and moved on to take a few challenges. After deploying the API to Heroku and exploring the Postman environments, we learnt about different methods of deleting a resource. Finally, we looked into creating a test database.

In the next chapter, we will learn about Real-Time Web Apps with Socket.io
