Design principles


Compared to visual design basics, design principles are more about the group of laws or guidelines that need to be followed so that we can create proper designs that can solve problems for users.

By following design principle laws, we will be able to design stuff that will have meaning for the users; for example, if we add text on our product, it should be designed properly such that users can easily read it, or if we design a user interface for a product, that user interface should be easy to use.

So, to have a successful product design, visual design elements should be combined with design principle guidelines. So, when these two are mixed together in a proper way, the final design will make sense for users.
