Catalogs in the learner experience

In this section, you will log in to your Prime account as a learner and inspect how the work done in the previous sections of this chapter impacts the learner experience. As you do so, remember the following:

  • You have two custom catalogs enabled on your Prime account.
  • One of them is available to all of the internal users, while the other one is available to all of the external users.
  • Some courses are included in only one of the two catalogs, others are included in both catalogs, and finally, some courses are not included in either catalog.
  • Some of the learners defined in your Prime account have already enrolled in, started, or even completed courses before you created your custom catalogs and disabled the Default Catalog.
