Standard User Training


This training covers the basics of the system so that people can navigate the administration screens of eZ publish. It is focused on end users of the solution, not administrators of the system whose work is more technical. This training is about getting people to be able to manage content within the solution. At the conclusion of the training, trainees should be able to:

  • Log in

  • Add content

  • Edit content

  • Move content

  • Delete content

  • Add images/files

This training normally lasts approximately 1 hour. In practice, some people take to the system quickly and only need minimal support to be able to manage content on their own. Some people, however, find it more difficult and may require additional training or extensive phone support. It depends on each individual person. Sometimes the people being trained aren't the most appropriate for the task, in which case, the level of support required will be greater.
