The toolbox, #p-tb provides links to useful tools and features relevant to the current page in MediaWiki.
As with most of the divs classified by .portlet, the toolbox contains a header indicating the context of the following content, and an unordered list of links for the page, including related changes, a link to the file upload interface, and a link to a printable version of the page.
