Time for action – installing and using the questionnaire module


Installing the Questionnaire module is a straightforward process that involves a few simple steps. Once you have installed the module, you can begin the slightly more involved process of creating your first questionnaire. We'll walk through the installation and creation of a simple questionnaire in the following steps:

  1. Download the Questionnaire module from www.moodle.org by clicking on the Modules and Plugins link found in the drop-down menu under the Downloads heading in the menu bar. Use the search string Questionnaire to locate the module. Click on the Download latest version link to download the ZIP package to your hard drive.

  2. Expand the compressed package and place the subsequent folder, which should be titled Questionnaire, in the mod directory, which is located in your Moodle root directory.
