Carry out the following steps:
In your dashboard, go to Sitewide Settings and make sure that the checkbox Enable Pretty URLs isn't ticked and then click on Save if you had to change it, as shown in the following screenshot:
Delete the file named
.htaccess
which is in the root of your site likeindex.php
.On the top in the dashboard, locate and select Debug to disable the cache.
First, click on Clear Cache to clean up all the files saved in your files directory.
Then activate the radio button Disabled and then click on Update Cache, as shown in the preceding screenshot.

file to rewrite the URLs, which is based on a technology by the Apache web server. If you move your website to a server without support for .htaccess
