Experimental settings


Moodle is a very dynamic software that evolves and improves constantly. Some functionality is still in the experimental stage, but is sufficiently mature to be included in a shipped version. These features are located under Development | Experimental | Experimental settings.

The list changes over time. Some features have passed quality assurance and moved to the set of core features (for instance, AJAX support resided in the experimental section for almost two full versions) while others will be included over time. At present, the following three settings are available:
