Suppose that you are the portal administrator. Go to the http://neighborhood.cignex.com/web/guest/home page. Follow these steps:
Log in and go to the Control Panel.
Click on Web Content.
Click on the Add Web Content button.
Enter WELCOME-MESSAGE in the Name field.
In the Content field, which is a What-You-See-is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) editor, enter Welcome to Our Neighborhood as the title.
Highlight the title, centre it with the WISIWYG editor, change its font size to 28, change its font color to deep green, and make it bold.
Beneath the title, enter an image by clicking on the image icon in the WYSIWYG editor.
Click on Browse Server | CIGNEX Neighborhood | Neighborhood.
Click on welcome_house.png file – this image will be chosen.
Click on OK. Centre the image by clicking on the centre icon in the WYSIWYG editor:
Enter more text as the welcome message.
Change the paragraph font size to 18.
