Suppose that you want to add this feature on the Planting Schedule content:
Log in as portal administrator and go to the Gardening DIY page at
http://neiborhood.cignex.com/web/gardening-diy/planting-schedule.Click on the wrench-shaped icon at the upper right-hand side corner of the content.
Click on Configuration – a window pops up.
For the Enable Conversion To part, check DOC and PDF – this will enable the features of converting the web content to a Word document and to a PDF document.
Click on Save and close the configuration window.
Now the web content display portlet will show two file conversion icons as in the following screenshot:
