Let's configure the e-mail formats for our Florence flower shop:
Navigate to the Around the Corner community as an admin, and open the Configuration mode of the Shopping portlet.
Click on the Emails tab. The system will select the Email Form sub tab, by default. Fill up the following details in the given fields and then click on the Save button:
Name: Your name
Address: Your e-mail address
Click on the Confirmation Email tab under the Emails tab. Enter the following values in the input fields and click on the Save button:
Enabled: Checked
Subject:
Thank you for shopping at Florence Flower Shop. Order Number [$ORDER_NUMBER$].Body:
Dear [$TO_NAME$],Thank you for your shopping at Florence Flower Shop. You should receive your order within 2 to 3 working days. Your satisfaction is important to us.
