Order management

Once an order is placed by the customer, the merchant must ensure the order is delivered on time. This activity is called order management. The Shopping portlet provides a way to perform various order management activities such as changing order status, sending a shipping confirmation e-mail to the customer, updating payment details, printing invoice details, and so on.
