The standard HTML form element is enhanced by jQuery Mobile framework to make it touch friendly and also to make it work across multiple devices and platforms. The form can contain multiple controls and you can group these controls using a fieldset

attribute set on it. By default, the controls are listed vertically. You can use the data-type='horizontal'
attribute to line them horizontally. Forms support the
