Using a read-only nested list

A read-only list is a list that contains non interactive items or items that do not have anchor links in them. The framework styles read-only items differently compared to the regular items. The read-only items have a lighter or paler shade of the theme color and they also have a smaller size as the user is not expected to tap on them.

This recipe shows you how to create a read-only nested list and also use Options to configure list views. It also shows you how to display a nested list as an inset list.
