Now you have descriptions of every part of an effective e-learning project plan. You can try it yourself with your own project and use the plan in the latter exercises in this book. Doing it this way will shorten your project planning time considerably and result in a complete plan that will be easy to follow:
If you have not already downloaded the samples, do so now.
Open Microsoft Word and select the
TEMPLATE-Project-Plandocument.Tip
You can also open the sample project plan document,

Add the project plan sections for your own project, being as thorough as possible.
When done, save your new project plan with a unique filename. I recommend that you set up a project folder to hold all project-related files.
