Hosting courses in an LMS


For those who routinely work with an LMS, know that Camtasia Studio supports the uploading of your video content to the LMS as a lesson module. This means Camtasia packages your video for online distribution through a method called SCORM, which stands for Shareable Content Object Reference Model.

SCORM interface standard

SCORM is a standard for deploying e-learning content over a network (either the Web or a corporate intranet). It allows your web-based lessons to communicate with your LMS, regardless of which one you use. SCORM is the standard used to deploy these learning modules and can be set up to track learner progress.
