Formatting the Report for Printing
Just because the report displays nicely on the screen does not mean the report is formatted properly on paper. - In the Visual Studio menu, click on Report and then Report Properties… to view Paper properties such as orientation, size and margins - Press F4 to display the Properties Window. Choose "Body" and verify that the report body size does not exceed the size of the paper minus the margins. - Verify that column headers and data are legible when printing on printers with only black ink or toner
