Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is currently one of the most successful Customer Relationship Management platforms in the market. It is capable not only of the typical Salesforce automation functionality, but it can also serve various other purposes. We focus on the main types of licensing option available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. We look at the requirements for each option, and how to choose the right one. You will then learn about core platform structure. We look at the entities, relationships, modules, and internal structure of the platform. Throughout this course we create a trial online environment for use during the course, look at out-of-the-box functional modules, and get a better understanding of the main platform components.
