Working with Storage
In this video we will add a new storage device to our system, format it, and mount it. As a Linux system admin, you will be facing this very task often! - We begin this video with plugging in a USB thumb drive to the computer which we are going to use as the storage device. We are then going to identify the new device on the system. - Create a EXT4 filesystem on the device and mount it. - And finally, we will add the new device to the /etc/fstab file so that it will be auto mounted at boot time.
